How does a cash-on-delivery order work?
Four steps, each with its own status in the console, from the order to the collected payment.

The customer orders
They fill in the form on the page, with no account and no card. The order arrives in the console straight away, as "New".

You confirm
Your team calls the customer to check the address and quantity. The order moves to "Confirmed", or to "Cancelled before confirmation".

You ship
You hand the parcel to your delivery company, with the list exported as CSV. The order moves to "Shipped".
- 04
The courier collects
They hand over the parcel against payment: the order moves to "Delivered". If the customer refuses or cannot be reached, it moves to "Not delivered".
Why is cash on delivery still the norm in Morocco?
Online shopping is growing fast in Morocco, but trust still comes from the parcel in your hands. According to ANRT's national survey on information technology, reported by Le Matin in May 2026, more than 66% of online orders are still paid in cash on delivery.
For a seller, refusing this payment method means giving up most buyers. Accepting it takes organisation: confirming every order, following deliveries, knowing which ones were collected. AdProMax Studio brings that organisation into one console.

Which countries can you sell in?
A store or landing page sells in several countries. Each market has its own currency, prices and language: dirhams in French or Darija for Morocco, another currency and Arabic for another country, under the same layout.
Orders from every market arrive in the same console, each in its own currency. You follow each country separately, without multiplying tools or accounts.
How do you reduce undelivered orders?
An undelivered order costs twice: the shipping there and back, and the ad that brought the customer. The first protection is a fast call. New orders arrive live in the console and in Google Sheets, so your team can call while the customer still has the product in mind.
The second is a clear page. The price shown, the market's currency and the chosen offer are exactly what the courier will ask for: no surprise at the door. Quantity offers appear in the order form with their total price.
Finally, the "Not delivered" status keeps a record of every refusal. By exporting your orders, you see which cities or products concentrate the most refusals, and you adjust your campaigns accordingly.
