What happens after the order?
The order reaches the console as soon as the customer submits the form. It then moves through simple statuses: confirmed after your call, shipped, then delivered once the courier has handed over the parcel and collected the payment.
Your team can also work in Google Sheets, where every order adds a row live. In the console, you search for an order, filter by status and export the list as CSV for your delivery company.
On the advertising side, the order is reported to your pixels as a purchase. Meta and TikTok can then optimise your campaigns on real orders rather than on visits.
